Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Cloudy conditions today. The temperatures were in the mid 80’s. The winds were from the calm from the South-East but picked up to 10-15 mph in the afternoon.
Fishing picked up some today. In Avon there was sea-mullet, spot, and bluefish biting off the Avon beach. Off the Pier there was pompano, croaker, and sea-mullet caught. In Buxton there was spanish mackerel, bluefish, and some flounder biting. Here in Frisco the fishing was slow. Hatteras beach had pompano and bluefish biting.
Inshore today the fishing slow. There was speckled trout biting.
More sailfish were released today. Gaffer and bailer dolphin were biting. There was a few black-fin and yellow-fin tuna caught as well.
