Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was partly sunny with north-east winds 10-20 mph and the temperatures were in the low 80’s.
We have a low pressure system building the waves as well as Hurricane Matthew from the south. The ocean is getting rougher but there are still some fish to be caught.
Up on the Avon beach bluefish were reported. Around the Buxton beaches bluefish and puppy drum were caught. Down on the Hatteras beach a 48 red drum was released.
The inshore boats had a few nice red drum.
