Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
We continue to have southwest winds. Today they were blowing anywhere from 6 -12 mph with some higher gusts. The temperatures were in the 80’s.
There have still been bluefish up and down the beaches today. There have been some big drum caught at the Point and Hatteras in the evenings also. Fred Damasko from Frisco caught a nice bluefish today. The Partin Brothers fished yesterday evening and caught a couple of drum a piece. (1) Fred with his 9lb 34 inch bluefish (2) Thomas Partin with a nice red drum (3) William Partin with a nice red drum.
It was a good day to fish inshore. They had catches of big bluefish, puppydrum, bigger drum and cobia.
The offshore boats had a good day as well. They had catches of dolphin, yellowfin and blackfin tuna. There was also a blue marlin release.
