Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was sunny with temperatures right around 76F. The winds were out of the southwest today ranging from 6-12mph. Water temperature off the point is between 73-75F.
The Frisco Beach had sea mullet and citation pompano. Down in Hatteras there were sea mullet, some citation size. There was a nice cobia caught off the beach this afternoon. Pictured below is JC with his cobia.
The inshore boats had catches of large size cobia, spanish mackerel and bluefish.
The offshore boats had good size gaffer dolphin, wahoo and blackfin tuna. Those that bottomfished caught tilefish, snapper and triggerfish.
