Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was windy with cooler temperatures. The winds were form the north-west switching to the north east at 10-20 mph and the temperatures were in the low 70’s.
Up on the Avon and Buxton beaches there were sea mullet and bluefish reported. Over on the Frisco beach some sea mullet, bluefish and some nice pompano including this 2 lb 6 oz pompano caught by Eric Kwiatkowski of Hanover PA right across the street from the store. Pretty Work!!!
The inshore boats had catches of bluefish, spanish mackerel, speckled trout and cobia today.
The offshore boats had good catches of gaffer dolphin, a few black fin and yellow fin tuna along with trigger fish.
