Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

High temperature of 69F today with winds out of the NE. It’s currently 60F with winds at 12mph. Looks like its going to cool off tomorrow, not getting out of the 50’s.

All the surf action was here in Frisco as far as we can tell. Lots of Sea Mullet were caught off of ramp 48 and 49. One large Sand Tiger shark and one large Bar shark were also caught off of 48.

Shrimp has been the go to bait of choice.

No boats went offshore out of Hatteras today.

The inshore boats that went out did well with puppy Drum.
