Hatteras Island Fishing Report

We had another beautiful day here in Frisco. Our high temperature this afternoon was 88F with winds out of the SW at 19mph. Chance of showers and thunderstorms tomorrow afternoon.

As far as surf fishing, it was a little choppy here off of ramps 48 and 49 so not much to report here.

Avon reporting Pompano, some Bluefish, sharks and Croaker.

Sea Mullet in Buxton again today.

Speckled Trout and puppy Drum in the sound.

Offshore out of Hatteras was good today with the big boats catching Dolphin, Grouper, B-liners and Snapper.

Blue Marlin, White Marlin and a Sailfish were all released today as well

Inshore- Drum and Speckled Trout.
