Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Busy day here on the island. Lots of visitors out and about. Fishing is in full swing and the temperatures are still pleasantly warm. Our high temperature in Frisco today was 82F. We are looking at winds out of the East this evening at around 13mph. Slight chance of a rain shower tomorrow.

Puppy Drum everywhere again today. If you aren’t here, you are missing out.!

Few bigger sharks caught and released near the point today as well.

Good Wahoo fishing for the offshore boats today. Along with Wahoo, they were also catching Blackfin Tuna and Dolphin. Nearshore boats were catching Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish and King Mackerel.

Inshore boats found Speckled Trout, Bluefish and keeper Red Drum.
