Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
Today was sunny and still cold. We had west south-west winds 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 40’s. No fish to report from the surf. The offshore bluefin tuna fishing was excellent today. Most of the boats were vertical jigging or popping which uses a top water plug. There were yellowfin and bluefin tuna busting the surface all day long. Boats that were trolling caught some yellowfin tuna.
