Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Nice day here in Frisco. We had a high temperature today of 60F with winds out of the West right now at 8mph. Winds will be picking up and changing direction out of the North tomorrow at 25 to 30mph.

We had some puppy Drum, Black Drum, Sea Mullet and a few Blowtoads caught here in Frisco off of ramp 49.

Some anglers had luck in Hatteras today catching some small sharks, Sea Mullet, skates and puppy Drum.

Haven’t heard much from Avon or Buxton today.

The weather and winds look like they are going to align just right for Thursday and Friday. Might see some big Drum show back up.

One boat headed offshore out of Hatteras today. The RELEASE came back with Blackfin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, King Mackerel and Triggerfish
