Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Rain moved in early today and was heavy at times throughout. Flash Flood warning in effect for all of Dare County through Thursday evening. Winds are out of the NE this evening at 17mph.

Fish were still biting if you wanted to brave the rain today.

Pompano and Sea Mullet off of ramps 43 and 44.

Pompano here off of ramp 49.

Speckled Trout bite is still strong in the sound.

A wet day offshore still produced some Dolphin and Wahoo.

Inshore boats had some luck with Speckled Trout and some Bluefish.
