Today’s weather report was HOT, real hot, but it wasn’t raining. High temperature of 86F with a heat index of 104F. Felt like a wall hit you as you walked out the door.! We currently have winds out of the SW at 16mph. Looks like more of the same weather for tomorrow as well. Stay hydrated and wear your sunscreen.
Surf has been a bit slow today. Spanish Mackerel at the point again today along with some sharks.
Some small Spot off the beach here in Frisco.
The offshore boats out of Hatteras had a good day with Wahoo and also some Dolphin.
Near shore boats did well trolling for Spanish Mackerel and Bluefish.
Inshore boats found Speckled Trout and slot Red Drum.
