Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

The Weather in Frisco was sunny, except for some real early rain showers today.  We had east south-east winds 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 80’s.  The Avon beach report consisted of spot, croaker, bluefish and some sea mullet.  The Buxton beaches had some pompano and sea mullet.  The south beaches have had an increase in swell so it was a little rough today and not too much was caught.  Only a few sea mullet and spot were caught on the Frisco Beach.  A few bluefish, spot, croaker and sea mullet were reported on the Hatteras beaches.  The Inshore boats caught a few puppy drum, flounder, speckled and gray trout and bluefish.  The few boats that ventured offshore today caught a decent amount of dolphin, a few blackfin tuna and amberjacks.
