Today’s temps were about the same as yesterday. Winds have been gentle and S/SW/SE. Currently it’s 82 but feels like almost 90 with S winds around 6mph. Tomorrow’s temps and winds are looking to be similar to today’s with the possibility of increased winds in the afternoon.
Water temp was between 84.4 and 86.5 today.
In the surf there were catches of Pompano, Croaker, Bluefish, Black Drum, Sea Mullet, and Red Drum.
Soundside there were catches of Speckled Trout and Red Drum.
There has also been catches of Flounder recently, but seeing as they are not in season, they were all catch and release. If you’re ever in need of a fishing regulations booklet, stop by the shop and grab one just inside the tackle door.
Offshore fishing rewarded parties with Wahoo, Dolphin, Snapper, Triggerfish, King Mackerel, and Amberjacks.
Inshore fishermen returned with Speckled Trout and Bluefish.
