Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
We had overcast skies with light rain showers in the morning and the sun came out for a bit before dark. The winds were from the north-east at 15-25 mph with some gusts in the upper 30’s. The temperatures were in the mid 50’s. Our sand road at Mirlo Beach was not passable at high tide today. We do have north winds at 10 mph forecasted for the next few days, so that should help with the access to Hatteras Island.
Not much being reported today on the fishing front. There were some puppy drum reported on the Buxton beach even though it was rough.
No boats fished inshore or offshore today.
