Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was sunny and calm again. The winds were from the west south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 50’s.
Fishing today was real good for the blow toads on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches. There were still some puppy drum caught around Cape Point.
No boats fishing inshore. Offshore fishing was really good again today. More big bluefin tuna caught today and lots of good eating bottom fish. Golden tilefish, snowy groupers and rose belly fish were all caught. The picture below is the “Tuna Duck” with their 63″ keeper bluefin tuna. Other larger bluefins were caught today in the over 80″ range.
