Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had sunny skies and cool morning temperatures. The winds were from the north-west at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 60’s.
We had some decent fishing this afternoon. The Buxton beaches had sea mullet and bluefish caught. Out at Cape Point there was one big red drum released. The Frisco beach report had some black drum, sea mullet, bluefish and a few pompano, the same as yesterday . Down on the Hatteras beach some sea mullet, bluefish and a few flounder were reported.
The inshore boats had a good day of cobia action.
Good offshore fishing again today with lots of gaffer dolphin and real good yellowfin tuna catches. A few sailfish were released.
