Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had sunny skies. The winds were from the south-west at 5-15 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 80’s
On the Buxton beaches there were a few puppy drum and sea mullet caught. On the Frisco beaches the fishing was a little better with some sea mullet and croaker reported. Down on the Hatteras beaches we had sea mullet, pompano and puppy drum .
The inshore boats had good speckled trout and bluefish catches in the Pamlico Sound. There were several cobia caught too.
The offshore fleet had really good gaffer dolphin fishing and a few yellowfin tuna and wahoo. A white marlin and a sailfish were released.
