Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had nice weather. The winds were from the north-east at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s
On the Buxton beach there were more sea mullet and pompano reported. The Frisco beach had reports of sea mullet and puppy drum The Hatteras beaches had some flounder, spot, bluefish and pompano caught.
The inshore boats had real good puppy drum fishing and a few speckled trout in the Pamlico Sound. The spanish mackerel and bluefish were caught further down the beach off of Ocracoke. The offshore boats had decent dolphin and wahoo fishing, with some king mackerel mixed in. 2 sail fish and a blue marlin were released today.
