Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today was really nice. The winds were from the east at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 80’s
On the Buxton beach there were sea mullet and bluefish reported. The Frisco beach had reports of sea mullet, pompano and bluefish The Hatteras beaches had some flounder, bluefish and puppy drum catches..
The inshore boats caught some puppy drum, a few speckled and gray trout in the Pamlico Sound. A few spanish mackerel and bluefish were caught around Hatteras Inlet. Offshore conditions were great today. Boats had decent dolphin and citation wahoo fishing, with some king mackerel and black fin tuna mixed in. 4 blue marlin, 4 sailfish and a white marlin were released today.
