Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had partly cloudy skies with temperatures in the mid to upper 80’s. There was a little bit wind today, around 5-10mph mostly out of the north east.
The Buxton beaches had reports of bluefish and flounder. The flounder were caught around the jetties at the old lighthouse site. Frisco had catches of bluefish, puppy drum, sea mullet and flounder. Hatteras beaches had catches of bluefish, croaker, small flounder and sea mullet. The inshore boats had a good day today. They had catches of flounder, speckled and gray trout, bluefish and puppy drum. The offshore boats had a good day as well. Some returned early to the docks with their limit of yellowfin tuna, along with some blackfin tuna, gaffer and bailer dolphin.
