Hatteras Island Fishing Report

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today was mostly sunny with cooler temperatures.  We had a high around 72 degrees with light north-east winds at 5 mph.

There were puppy drum and bluefish caught on all beaches today.  A few pompano were reported on the Frisco and Hatteras beaches.

The inshore boats had real good puppy drum and citation red drum and bluefish catches with limits caught.

The offshore boats had excellent fishing with limits of dolphin and yellowfin tuna.   The wahoo and sailfish catches were really good too.
