Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
We had highs in the upper 60’s today. We had west winds at 10 to 15 mph, with higher gusts. Then around 6pm temperatures dropped about 20 degrees and the wind switched to the north, continuing to blow 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
Lots of puppy drum reported at Cape Point. There were some puppy drum caught at Ramp 49 also. The puppy drum have been caught on assorted Zman, Gulp and bait.
There is no inshore report today. There were albacore caught offshore today.
