Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had clear skies with a high around 46F. Winds were out of the north around 5 mph for most of the day, switching to the west south west and increasing to 12 mph.
The puppy drum bite continues at Ramp 49, mostly on bait. The Buxton beaches were slower today and a little grassy.
There is no inshore report for today.
There were a couple of offshore boats out looking for Bluefin tuna. They found a few blackfin tuna and scattered dolphin. The picture below is from Godspeed Charters with one of their blackfin tuna catches today.
