Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
With South-West winds at 10-15 MPH and the sun shining it was a hot day today. The temperature was in the upper 80’s throughout the day.
The fishing was pretty scattered today. In Avon there were Spot, Croakers, few Blues, and Spade Fish at the pier. Frisco there were some Sea-Mullet and a scatted Drum bite. In Hatteras the Sea-Mullet, Bluefish, Flounder, and Croakers.
Sandy Madre caught this nice 31 Puppy Drum today off ramp 49.
The Spanish and Drum fishing was good again today for the inshore boats that braved the wind. In the sound the Speckled Trout, Grey Trout, and Flounder were caught.
Offshore today the boats had limits of Dolphin. There was a very scattered Wahoo bite today also.
