Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
It was a beautiful day here on Hatteras Island. It was a little cloudy with a temperature of 84F. Not a breath of wind to speak of and very humid. Today was a great day to be enjoying the beach or being in the boat enjoying the sound or ocean.
Buxton and Frisco beaches had reports of pompano and sea mullet. There was a nice 32 inch red drum (yearling size) caught here on Ramp 49 yesterday evening on shrimp. Hatteras beach reports pompano, flounder and sea mullet.
The inshore boats had good catches of red drum. The offshore boats had good catches of dolphin and wahoo with a few blackfin tuna. Those that bottom fished caughted some amberjacks. There were two blues and two whites released today. Pictured below is Bite Me Charters with a nice wahoo caught today.
