Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
It was a beautiful day here on Hatteras Island. We had a high near 70F, with a very light north wind. The winds will switch to the southwest tonight and there’s a chance of showers.
Avon Pier had a couple of big drum this morning. Those fishing around the pier caught some sea mullet. There were also sea mullet, pompano and flounder caught elsewhere in Avon. Buxton had lots of bluefish at Cape Point. Frisco had black drum and pompano. Hatteras had pompano as well.
The inshore boats are still catching a few puppy drum. The offshore boats had a good day. They had their limits of dolphin and king mackerel, catches of wahoo and blackfin tuna. There were lots of citations for gray tile, triggerfish and king mackerel. There was a sailfish released also.

Mace Hot Pink Pocket & Purse Models
Pink just got hotter with Hot Pink Mace Defense Spray! The 10% pepper spray formula is one of our hottest (1.4% capsaicinoids concentration.) These pepper sprays contain oleo resin capsicum – a naturally occurring substance derived from cayenne peppers. The OC pepper formula creates an intense burning sensation to the skin, eyes and throat, and causes an attacker’s eyes to slam shut upon direct contact. Hot Pink Mace Defense Spray also contains an invisible UV dye, which marks the assailant and may aid in identification. Pocket models also available in orange.
