Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
We hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving with family and friends.
Today has been beautiful with light north winds and sunny skies. The winds were from the north at 5 mph and the temperatures were in the low 50’s.
Around the Buxton beaches the water has cleared a bit and there were good catches of bluefish, puppy drum, black drum and sea mullet. Out at Cape Point there were bluefish and puppy drum caught today. On the Frisco beaches some good puppy drum and bluefish catches were reported with a few speckled trout caught.
No boats fished inshore or offshore today from the charter fleet but some folks did go out around Hatteras Inlet and I am sure they found the puppy drum.
