Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
We woke up to warm temperatures and rain. The rain left us after lunch, but the nice temperature of 71F stayed. We had southeast winds this morning, blowing around 10-19 mph. This evening the winds switched to the west around 5 mph.
From Avon to Hatteras, there has been some puppy drum, bluefish, black drum and sea mullet. Cape Point had some big drum last night/early this morning and some nice size bluefish.
The inshore boats stayed to the docks today and only one offshore boat ventured out. They came back to the dock with some blackfin tuna.
