Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
Today we had a high of 50, but it felt colder with the west-north-west winds blowing a steady 15 mph with higher gusts.
Some who braved the weather conditions caught fish. There were some puppy drum, sea mullet, blow toads, black drum and lots of skates.
The weather kept the inshore and offshore boats to the docks today.
