Today was cooler, high only got up to 73. The cloud coverage and cool breeze was a nice change of pace. Winds have stayed between 13 and 17mph and are gonna die out to almost nothing later this evening. Gusts were around 22mph.

Not much of a report from the surf today.

Soundside catches left us with a nice citation sized Speckled Trout that came into the shop. People are getting them all over from Avon to Hatteras. Also heard of a couple puppy Drum caught.

Inshore boats caught more Spanish Mackerel and Red Drum. They’re on a roll.

Offshore boats did well with Blackfin Tuna and Dolphin again. They also had a release of a White Marlin.

The high today was 81. Winds switched up on us again today. It’s currently out of the S/SE at 7mph. Gusts got up to 19mph earlier and will get back up there later tonight. Looks like rains coming later tonight. You could really feel the humidity today, be sure to stay hydrated.

Reports from the surf included Red Drum and Speckled Trout. We also heard of some Spanish Mackerel on the point.

Soundside catches included Speckled Trout.

Inshore boats got nice keeper Red Drum again. Along with that, Spanish Mackerel and Atlantic Bonita.

Offshore boats are still doing well with Dolphin. They also brought back some Wahoo and bottom fish today.

Another beautiful day with highs in the mid-70s. Winds have been around 8-16mph with gusts up to 27mph later this evening. The wind direction has changed up on us a couple times today but is currently NE. We may get a little rain later tonight but I could be wrong like I was yesterday.

Only report from the surf were two citation Pompano that came into the shop.

Inshore boats got into some nice keeper Red Drum.

Offshore boats brought back some more gaffer Dolphin and a few Blackfin Tuna.

Today was a bit cooler than yesterday, the high barely reached 80. Winds have been out of the SW at 17-21mph. Gusts up to 27mph. We got some sprinkles earlier around 5 o’clock and likely won’t see any more rain until the early morning. We’re in for a thunderstorm around 2-3am.

Reports from the sound included Red Drum, Speckled Trout, and Flounder.

Catches in the surf were Red Drum, Speckled Trout, Croakers, Sea Mullet, and Blues.

Inshore boats got Red Drum and Speckled Trout as well.

Offshore boats released a Sailfish and a handful of Blue Marlin. Catches included Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna, and a singular Blue Marlin.

Another day with a high temp in the upper 80s. Winds were out of the South West and stayed around 17mph for most of the day. Gusts around 20mph.

Soundside catches today were Speckled Trout and Red Drum.

Inshore boats did well with Red Drum again.
