    Today was filled with rain and wind. Add in the overwash and flooding and there’s your typical Hatteras Nor’Easter. The high was 63 while the low was 60 with moderate to strong winds. Gusts up to 53mph. Currently it’s 61, feels like 55, with NNE winds around 13mph. Gusts around 29mph. Tomorrow winds should decrease throughout the day to moderate speeds by evening. Temps are looking to be a little warmer into the 70s. Chance of rain again.

    Today ended up being a little cooler since winds picked up quicker than anticipated. Small patches of rain this morning then a little more rain this evening. The high was 64 while the low was 59 with light to moderate winds. Gusts up to 40mph. Currently it’s 61, feels like 55, with NE winds around 14mph. Gusts around 25mph. Tomorrow should hold similar temps but winds are going to increase up to 40mph with gusts up to 55mph or higher. Chance of rain showers again.
