    Heading in to the weekend with beautiful weather.! We had a high temperature of 63F. Tomorrow looks like it will be a bit warmer with some rain showers moving in later in the day. Winds are out of the SE tonight at 4mph.

    Rodanthe Pier- Sea Mullet and some puppy Drum

    Large Red Drum and sharks at the point today. Nice Sheepshead caught off of ramp 49.

    Offshore boats out of Hatteras caught a few Dolphin, Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna and Blackfin Tuna.

    Inshore boats caught more Sheepshead and Red Drum.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Sunny yet breezy day today. High temperature was 59F. Another nice day in store for tomorrow with a high around 63F. Winds tonight are out of the NE around 14mph.

    Rodanthe Pier- couple of puppy Drum

    Saw some puppy Drum caught here off of ramp 48 and 49 today. Other than that, nothing to report.

    Most big boats stayed tied to the dock today with the exception of Release. They came back with a bunch of Blackfin Tuna and a couple of Dolphin.

    Sheepshead and Red Drum for the inshore boats that went out.

    Midway through the week and temps were cooler today. Our high for this afternoon hit 64F. Sunny skies and a bit cooler tomorrow. No rain in the forecast until Saturday as of now. We have winds out of the SW right now at 9mph.

    Buxton had some Black Drum and some sharks

    Couple of nice Red Drum here in Frisco along with a handful of large sharks.

    Great day again for the inshore boats with tons of Red Drum and Sheepshead.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Looks like we topped off at a high temperature of 75F this afternoon. Felt a bit warmer than that. Winds are out of the SW tonight at 15mph. Winds will remain out of the SW for most of tomorrow, picking up speed late in the afternoon. SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY in effect from 2pm Tuesday until 2pm Wednesday.

    There were a couple of puppy Drum caught down off of ramp 55 in Hatteras today. Other than that, it’s been a quiet day here in the shop.

    Some of the offshore boats headed out today and brought back nice Dolphin, some Wahoo and lots of Blackfin Tuna.

    Inshore boats did good with Sheepshead.
