Another quiet day here on Hatteras Island. Cool temps with a high of 50F today with winds out of the North at 13mph at the time of this post.

Slow, quiet day for surf fishing today.

One boat headed out from Hatteras today, Tuna Duck. They brought back a 61″ Bluefin Tuna, Triggerfish and King Mackerel.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Happy Monday! We enjoyed a nice, cool January day here in Frisco. High temperature for today was a brisk 50F with winds out of the North at 13mph at this time.

Reports in the shop were that there is decent fishing at the jetties in Buxton. Most fish were caught on shrimp or cut bait.

No reports off the beach here in Frisco or Hatteras.

Now is the time to come in the shop and get your terminal tackle and be ready for the Spring..!

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Not a bad day here weather-wise. Our high temperature was 68F with winds out of the NW at 12mph at the time of this post. Temps are going to drop off quite a bit for the rest of the week with highs only reaching the upper 40’s.

Surf fishing was a slow today. The only report we heard today was sharks at the point again.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Overcast with light rain today, high temperature of 64F with winds out of the West at 5mph. Looks like steady rain will move in late tonight and end with some scattered thunderstorms tomorrow morning.

Little slow on the reports today.

Only place reports were coming in from was the jetties in Buxton. Still good fishing there for Black Drum and some puppy Drum.

Probably still sharks at the point if that suits your fancy.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Happy New Year! Surf was rough with rain on and off most of the day. High temperature for today was 57F with winds out of the South at 10mph.

We are still hearing reports of some slot Red Drum and Black Drum being caught at ramp 43.

Sharks of all sizes being caught at the point today.

Puppy Drum and Black Drum off of ramp 55 as well.
