    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Rain, rain and more rain. Today’s high was 66F with winds out of the SW at 24mph at this time.

    Nothing really going on today for a fishing report other than our shop friend Bobby Dever catching 4 slot Red Drum earlier this morning before the storm. Nice job Bobby.!

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Winds made for a cold day here in Frisco. Our high temperature for the day was 52F with winds out of the NE at 20mph at the time of this post.

    Not a whole lot to report other than some Drum at the point along with a bunch of sharks.

    Also a couple of Sea Mullet caught off of ramp 43.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    We had a front roll in today with some high winds and rain. Today’s high was 68F with winds out of the North at 27mph at the time of this post.

    Fishing has been slow today with the weather moving in.

    We did see a good amount of Blowtoads and some decent Sea Mullet caught off of ramp 43 this morning.

    No boats went out today out of Hatteras.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    We had a quiet day here in Frisco with off and on light rain most of the day. Today’s high temperature was 66F. Winds are 4mph out of the SW at the time of this post.

    Not much to report today other than a couple of large Red Drum caught last night and today at the point.

    Some small Black Drum caught here off of ramp 49.

    No boats went out today out of Hatteras.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Gorgeous December day here in Frisco with a high temperature of 63F and winds out of the South at 16mph.

    Quiet day here at the shop with surf fishing news.

    The only report we had was Edith McKeen of Hatteras brought in a citation Pompano weighing in at 2lbs 5oz. Way to go Edith.! Her Pompano measured 17 1/2 inches.

    There had been a good amount of small Black Drum and larger Blowtoads caught just South of ramp 49 last night as well as a couple of Sea Mullet.

    A few boats went offshore today out of Hatteras and did very well with King Mackerel.
