Surf fishing was a bit slow today, no reports coming into the shop.

The inshore boats caught Bluefish, Sea Mulet, Speckled Trout, and Puppy Drum.

The offshore fleet caught Snapper, Triggerfish, Tilefish, Wahoo, Amberjack, Dolphin, and Spanish Mackerel

High of 90F here in Frisco today. Brief rain showers this morning, making way for sunny skies the rest of the day.

Surf fishing was a bit slow today, no reports coming into the shop.

The inshore boats out of Hatteras did well today with Speckled Trout and big Red Drum releases.

The offshore boats had a bit of a slow day with Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna but did well with Tilefish and Triggerfish. Four Sailfish were caught and released today as well.

Scattered Pompano and Sea Mullet here off of ramp 49.

Fishing offshore was a bit slow today with some boats bringing back scattered Wahoo and Blackfin Tuna.

Inshore fishing was still good with Speckled Trout.

Today’s forecast was HOT, REAL HOT.! High for today was 86F here in Frisco…

Fishing from the surf was good from Avon to Hatteras. Avon reported Pompano, Sea Mullet and Bluefish. Spanish Mackerel at the Point and Pompano and Sea Mullet here in Frisco off ramp 49 with citation sizes of both weighed in here at the shop.

Inshore boats out of Hatteras did well with Speckled Trout and Gray Trout.

The offshore boats came back with a few Wahoo, Blackfin Tuna and Yellowfin Tuna. Four Blue Marlin and one White Marlin were also caught and released today. Way to go guys!!

Bottom fishing remains good with Vermilion Snapper, Triggerfish and Tilefish.

We had scattered thunderstorms in the morning, with sunny skies in the afternoon. Temperatures were in the lower 90s with winds 11-16mph SSE.

Nothing was reported from the surf today.

Inshore boats went out and caught Red Drum, Speckled Trout, Bluefish, and Spanish Mackerel.

The offshore fleet caught Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi, and released a few Sailfish. Bottom-fishing produced Snapper, Triggerfish, Sea Bass, and Tilefish.
