Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

High temperature for today was 73F. Off and on rain and overcast most of the day here.

Still fish to be caught off the surf and in the sound. Mullet from Avon south. There were Drum caught at the lighthouse jetties today. Here in Frisco we had Pompano and Sea Mullet with one citation Mullet weighed in here at the shop.

Inshore boats caught Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish and some small Cobia.

The offshore boats here in Hatteras had a good day despite the rain. There were catches of Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Red Snapper, Triggerfish, Amberjack, Wahoo, Tilefish and Grouper.

High temperature for today was 72F. Overcast with periods of rain made for unfavorable surf fishing conditions today but there were still fish to be caught.

Pompano and Sea Mullet here off of ramp 49 in Frisco. We weighed in citation sizes of both.

Inshore boats had catches of Speckled Trout.

The offshore fleets braved the rain and came back with catches of Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna and a few King Mackerel.

High temperature for today was 84F. Little windy but still a good day for fishing or enjoying our beautiful beaches…!

Still plenty of Sea Mullet and Pompano being caught on the beaches from Avon to Hatteras.

Inshore boats had catches of keeper Red Drum and Speckled Trout.

We had a few boats go offshore today and brought back some Dolphin, Blackfin Tuna and some Wahoo mixed in.

Nearshore boats fared well with Spanish Mackerel.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

The temperature was 84F.  Plenty of sunshine made for a great day for everyone to enjoy our beaches!

This afternoon there were a lot of Sea Mullet reportedly caught off of ramp 43. Plenty of Pompano caught here on ramp 49 with a few citation sized weighed in here at the shop.

Inshore boats had another strong day with Spanish Mackerel, Bluefish and Cobia being caught.

Offshore was a little slow with catches of mostly Dolphin being reported.

Bottom fishing was good with catches of Triggerfish and Vermilion Snapper in Hatteras.
