Today was a beautiful day to be o Hatteras Island. We had temperatures in the mid 50’s. The wind have been light today out of the west and the northwest.
The jetties had reports of black drum today and some puppy drum north of Buxton. There were some blowtoads in Hatteras.

What a difference a day makes. The winds switched and picked up and the temperature dropped! Today we had temperatures around 50F and northwest winds around 13 to 17 mph, with higher gusts.
The jetties had reports of puppy drum and black drum today.
There is no inshore or offshore report for today.
