    Today we started out with sunny skies changing over to cloudy skies by late morning.  The temperatures were in the high 50’s.  The winds were from the east to southeast from 3 to 13 mph.
    No one fishing from the beaches or the boats today. There were several duck hunting parties out today with blue bills being reported.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today was overcast, cold and windy early in the morning.  The winds were from the north north-east at 10-20 mph and the temperatures were in the low 30’s warming up to the upper 30’s by the end of the day.
    No one fishing from the beaches or the boats today. There were several duck hunting parties out today with pintails, brant and blue bills being reported.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today we had temps rising to the high 50’s around mid day. winds were out of the N in the morning 6-10 mph dropping off to 2-3 mph after lunch
    There is no report from the beach today.
    Offshore caught half dozen blackfins and a few mahi as well as sharks

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today started off with rain, wind and temperatures near 60F.  The wind switched to the northwest around 4pm and temperatures started to drop.  The temperature tonight is supposed to be in the low 20’s, so with the wind chill it’s predicted to be in the teens or lower.  Keep your faucets dripping tonight!
    There were no inshore or offshore report today due to weather.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Report

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.
    Today we had light winds and over cast skies most of the day.  The winds were from north-east at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 50’s.
    Fishing has been slow only sharks and skates being caught on most beaches.
    The offshore boats had a purdy good day.  They came back to the docks with catches of yellow and blackfin tuna.  They also had a good time pulling on some sharks.  The boat Predator caught their first bluefin of the season.  It was 87″!  Nice start to the season!
