    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today we reached a high of 60F.  We had light north winds up to 5 mph today.

    There were a few fish caught today.  Buxton had a few black drum, blow toads and a sea mullet.  The Point had bluefish and blow toads.  There were a few puppy drum around today also.

    The commercial boats are catching king mackerel, albacore, a swordfish.  There was a bluefin caught yesterday.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    We had a little warm up this morning around, 60F at 6 o’clock.  Then cooled down in the 40’s for a bit.  It topped off in the lower 50’s this afternoon with light west winds.

    There were a few folks that gave it the ole heave hoe today, but no luck.  So, the big question for today is Who is going to win Super Bowl 51, the Falcons or the Patriots?

    There were no charters boats out today.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Sunny skies but cold windy conditions again. The winds were from the North at 10-15 mph. The temperatures were in the upper 30’s.

    Slow fishing again today. There was a few black drum at the Frisco pier again today.

    No inshore or offshore report for today.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Rainy and windy day today. Scattered rain showers started this morning lasted most of the day. Winds were from the North at 10-15 mph. Temperatures were in the mid 40’s throughout the day.

    Slow fishing off the beach today. This afternoon there was black-drum and some blowtoads biting this afternoon.

    No inshore or offshore report for today.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was another beautiful day with sunny skies and light winds.  The winds were from the north at 5 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60’s

    Up on the Avon beach bluefish and sea mullet were caught.

    Around the Buxton beaches good catches of sea mullet, some puppy drum, black drum, speckled trout and a few blow toads were reported.

    No reports from the boats today.
