    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Cooler temperatures today with cloudy skies. Temperatures were in the low 50’s. Winds were from the North at 10-15 mph.

    Slow fishing off the beach today. In Avon there was some puppy drum biting. In Buxton there was some sea-mullet and puppy drum. Here in Frisco there was a few smaller black drum and some sea mullet.

    No inshore or offshore report for today.

  • Hatteras Island Fishing Reports

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Beautiful morning today with temperatures were in the mid 60’s and winds from the South-West at 5-20 mph. Earlier in the afternoon the winds shifted to the North-East and temperatures dropped to the upper 40’s.

    Off the beach today there was speckled trout and a few puppy drum here in Frisco. There was some keeper black drum and puppy drum at the point

    Jim Price caught this nice 18 inch black drum off ramp 34 in Avon today.

    No inshore report for today.

    Few boats fished offshore today. There was a good black-fin tuna bite.

    Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

    Today was calm and partly cloudy.  The winds were from the west south-west at 5 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 60’s.

    Out at Cape Point in Buxton nice flounder and puppy drum were reported.  The Frisco beach had another good day of black drum and puppy drum fishing. Down on the Hatteras beach a few nice speckled trout were caught.

    No boats were out inshore or offshore today.

    The Frisco beach had black drum and puppy drum caught in good numbers.  A few speckled trout and flounder were also reported.

    Today was mostly sunny with calm winds.  We had north-east winds 5 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 40’s.

    The Frisco beach had black drum and down on the Hatteras Beach some speckled trout and puppy drum were reported.
