Here is is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had clear skies with a high in the mid 40’s, with light north winds.

The puppy drum fishing was good at Cape Point again today. Puppy drum continue to bite on the south beach as well. Most of the fish are caught on gulp, but there have been some spoons and bait used as well.

Here is a picture of Ashton and Carlee Slagle with their puppy drum they caught on South Beach.

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had rainy weather. The winds were from the north north-east at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 40’s.

The puppy drum fishing was good out at Cape Point today even with all the rain showers. Over on the Frisco Beach and down near the Frisco Pier we had real good puppy drum catches using mostly Berkley Gulp swimming mullet and some cut bait on bottom rigs.

The picture is Karlene and Sydney with their puppy drum they caught this morning on the Frisco Beach. Pretty work!!!

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island.

Today we had mostly sunny skies, but early this morning the temperatures were in the low 30’s for a short time and we got dusting of snow. The winds were from the north-east at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the mid 40’s.

The puppy drum fishing was really good out at Cape Point again today with few people fishing. .

There is no inshore or offshore report today.

The puppy drum fishing was pretty good out at Cape Point and a few puppy drum were caught over on the Frisco beach.

Today we had partly cloudy skies with a few light showers and some fog. The winds were from the south-west at 10-25 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60’s.

The puppy drum fishing was better today on the Buxton beach and out at Cape Point.
