Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

The Weather in Frisco was sunny, hot and stormy in the afternoon.  We had south-west winds 10-15 mph most of the day.  By 4pm a line of heavy lighting and rain moved through and produced heavy lighting, thunder, rain and wind.  Some of the gusts were as high as 50 mph.  The temperatures were in the upper 80’s.  Today the Buxton beaches had a few sea mullet and bluefish.  Out on the Hatteras beaches real good sea mullet catches today.  The inshore boats caught lots of speckled and gray trout.  Some bluefish and a few keeper red drum were caught.  The offshore boats caught some dolphin, a few wahoo and blackfin tuna.  Three blue marlin were released.  Below is the “Bite Me” charter boat with one of the two blue marlin they released today.

The Weather in Frisco was sunny, hot and humid.  We had south-east winds switching to the south-west at 10-15 mph and the temperatures were in the low 90’s.  The only fishing report I have were some pompano and sea mullet down on the Hatteras beach. The inshore boats caught spanish mackerel and bluefish on the oceanside and some speckled trout and some big red drum in the Pamlico sound.  The offshore dolphin fishing was excellent, a few wahoo and blackfin tuna were caught.  One blue marlin, four white marlin and  two sailfish were released.   Bottom fishing was real good today.  Grouper, tilefish, triggerfish and sea bass were caught.  Below is the sailfish that the “Sea Creature” charter boat released today.

The Weather in Frisco was sunny and humid.  We had south-west winds 15-20 mph and the temperatures were in the upper 80’s.  The Buxton beaches had some nice sea mullet and a few bluefish.  Slow fishing from the Frisco beach.  Just a few sea mullet.  I did hear of a cobia caught off of the beach in Hatteras at ramp 55.  The inshore fishing continues to be really good.   This morning was a lot better than the afternoon.  Lots of speckled and gray trout being caught and a few bluefish.  A number of larger red drum were also caught.  The offshore fleet had some choppy seas to deal with but managed to catch some dolphin, a few citation wahoo and some blackfin tuna.  The “Bite Me” released a white marlin.
