It was hot today.  The winds were 10-15 mph out of the SW most of the day. The offshore heat was really tough on the charters. Trolling with the wind, they got very little to no breeze; just lots of heat.(but when you are catching; who notices the heat.)Blue fish seemed to be the catch of the day from the surf. There were some scattered flounder, pompano, spanish mackerel, and sea mullet.

Inshore boats had some good catches of speckled trout. There were also some flounder, spanish mackerel, and blues.

Offshore shore Captain Creature on the “Sea Creature” had a grand slam.  One blue marlin, four white marlin and one sailfish. Most of the boats limited out on dolphin along with a few wahoo and blackfin tuna.
