Here is your Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks fishing report for Hatteras Island.

Another Hot and humid day.  The winds breezed up from  the southwest at 15-20 mph.  The highs reached 90 today.  The beach fishing was a little slow, only some sea mullet and blues reported on the Buxton beach and at cape point.  The southern beaches, Frisco and Hatteras, were rough and dirty and it took 5-6 ozs to hold bottom.   No fish were reported.  The inshore boats had some bluefish, a few speckled trout and flounder.  Overall it was a little rough.  The offshore boats had excellent dolphin fishing a few wahoo and a couple sailfish were released.

Here is your Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks fishing report for Hatteras Island.  Today was another hot and sunny day.  The wind  blew pretty hard out of the southwest at 15-20 mph, which seemed to put a damper on beach fishing. I didn’t hear of much from any of the beaches.
The inshore boats had bluefish and speckled trout while offshore dolphin fishing was real good with scattered wahoo and some blackfin tuna. Several sailfish and at least one blue marlin were released.
