    Today was a little chilly. The high was 57 while the low was 51 with light to gentle winds. Gusts up to 24mph. Currently it’s 54, feels like 46, with E winds around 6mph. Tomorrow temps will rise again. Finger crossed they actually get into the mid 70s. Unfortunately the winds will also be creeping up in speeds too. We’re looking at light to strong SW/SSW winds.

    Today was a bit breezy but tolerable. The high was 66 while the low was 46 with light to moderate winds. Gusts up to 34mph. Currently it’s 63, feels like 55, with WSW winds around 10mph. Gusts around 29mph. Tomorrow the high shouldn’t surpass 60 and the winds should be light to moderate again. Wind directions will switch to the NNE.

    Sound water temp: 66-75

    Ocean water temp: 66-68

    Surf: Bluefish (some citation sized), Croaker, Red Drum, Sea Mullet

    There was also a report of a Striped Bass over 30in!

On the right is Mike Magiera with his 28″ Red Drum caught off of Ramp 55 in Hatteras using mullet. Mike also shared that he caught 7 big Bluefish this day (4/15).     Today was a lot like yesterday, sunny and breezy. The high was 75 while the low was 68 with light to moderate winds. Gusts up to 29mph. Currently it’s 70, feels like 69, with SSW winds around 13mph. Gusts around 23mph. Tomorrow’s temps will be similar while winds will slow down just a bit.
