Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:
Today the weather in Frisco was sunny and warm. We had west north-west winds 10-15 mph and the temperatures were around 80 degrees. There were a few sea mullet and pompano on the Avon and Frisco beaches. The big bluefish showed up at ramp 43 in Buxton. no cobias there today. The inshore boats had some nice bluefish and speckled trout fishing. We weighed in a 33 lb cobia today that was caught inshore using a chum slick. I will post the picture tomorrow. The offshore bite was a little slower with a decent dolphin bite. Some boats caught a lot more than others. A few wahoo, a 63 pounder pictured below form Oden’s Dock, “Big Eye” with two white marlin and “Bite Me” with a blue marlin, all released today.
