The weather today was sunny and breezy. The winds were from the southwest at 15 mph. The temperatures were in the mid 80’s. We had some mixed reports from Hatteras to Avon. Pompano and sea mullet were the most likely catch from the surf today. A few spanish mackerel, blues and flounder were also reported.
The Inshore fishing fleet reported good catches of spanish mackerel and speckled trout.
The offshore boats had some good dolphin and blackfin tuna fishing.
