Outer Banks Fishing Report 11-28

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

Today the weather was still warm but the rain was here most of the day.  We had south-east winds at 15 mph, with temperatures in the low 60’s  it’s supposed to switch to the south-west and pick up to 15-20 mph tonight. Out at Cape Point there are sharks and skates being caught with a few bluefish mixed in.  On the Frisco and Hatteras beaches the blow toads and sea mullet have been scattered.  No boats fished today.
