Outer Banks Fishing Report 1-26

Here is the Frisco Rod and Gun Outer Banks Fishing Report for Hatteras Island:

Today was beautiful with sunny skies and warm temperatures.  The winds were from the south south-west at 5-10 mph and the temperatures were in the low 60’s.  The weather is  supposed to get worse late tonight and continue tomorrow.  The winds are going to increase to 20-30 mph by mid day with possible gusts to 40 mph.  They are also calling for rainfall most of the morning and some in the afternoon.  The temperatures will be in the mid 60’s.  We have had zero reports from the surf today.  I bet some dog sharks were caught on cut bait around Cape Point though.  The offshore boats had some decent blackfin tuna, trigger fish and amberjacks on the vertical jig tackle.

The Umarex Colt Government 1911 is built from the dedicated .22 long rifle platform.   All three Colt Government rimfire models are dedicated .22 L.R.s, but they’re engineered in true replica form with fully functioning thumb and grip safeties and the 1911’s authentic half-cock mechanism. Grips and sights can be interchanged.  Combat-style sights, beavertail grip safety, extended thumb safety, and a commander-style hammer make this Colt Government 1911 22 lr feel like the trusted design of the 1911 45 acp.
