The Weather in Frisco was mostly rainy today. We had south-west winds 15-25 mph and the temperatures were in the low 80’s. Even though it rained all day some folks were determined to fish. Out at Cape Point some sea mullet, spot and croaker were caught. That is the only report I have. No boats fished today either. The 29th annual Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament is this week from August 13th-17th. The 23rd Annual Alice Kelly Tournament will be held on August 12th.

The Bonze Jackhammer with Ice Head is a great choice for blue marlin fishing off of Hatteras. With it’s heavily weighted insert and scalloped face it has just enough wiggle to cause trouble!
